He has developed aspiring kettlebell athletes that are close to achieving notoriety ranks such as Candidate for Master of Sport (CMS), Master of Sport (MS) and Master of Sport World Class (MSWC).  He uses maces, Indian clubs, some gymnastic and dance training to enhance and complement kettlebell sport training to give you the strongest, mobile body to enjoy life.
Michelle Latour
Michelle has been involved in fitness and sports since high school. Track & softball were her high school sports. Running, weight training and cycling sustained her fitness through her BA in Marketing from SMU and Masters in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the Hilton College at University of Houston. Her Ghosh/Bikram yoga practice began in 1996 in South Florida and continued when she moved to Las Vegas in 2000.  She met Coach Moses when kettlebells were added to a yoga studio’s schedule in 2010.  She was intrigued with the Sport aspect and focused on One Arm Long Cycle & Snatch movements. Moses convinced her to compete in OKC Cali Open in 2013. She competed 12kg One Arm Long Cycle—and touched the kettlebell after the hand switch and had to stop her set.  With determination and training under Moses, she competed in12 kg biathlon and won Best Overall Lifter (194 snatches/150 jerks) at the 2014 OKC Cali Open.  Since then, she has achieved AKA Level 1 (16kg) in Snatch, Biathlon & One Arm Long Cycle and Ketacademy Candidate Master of Sport (CMS) in 16kg Snatch.  She also competed Internationally and acheived IKMF CMS in 16kg Long Cycle half-Marathon and Master of Sport World Class  (MSWC) in 12kg Half-Snatch Marathon.  She has won first place in her weight category at several competitions. In 2015, she completed AKA’s kettlebell certification course and Tony Sanchez’s Core26+ yoga training.  In 2016, she and Moses opened Kettlebell Sanctuary –the only kettlebell sport focused gym in Las Vegas.  She incorporates yoga postures and breathing in class that complement kettlebell sport. Her goals are to gain CMS for One-Arm Long Cycle, Biathlon and Snatch in 2018 with 20kg, help build Team USA—and teach everyone (especially youth) this sport so they can build strength and endurance mentally and physically so they can enjoy LIFE!
